Day 40 - food journal

 breakfast - smoothie with beetroot, berries, banana, spinach, protein powder. Big portion - bigger than I meant it to be!

animal cookies - 1 small packet, stress eating

biltong - 58g, stress eating

2 marshmellow eggs

sandiwhch - bes tof both bread, tsp mayo, 4 pieces ham, lettuve, onion

half salb choc


pork chop, sweet potatoe


bowl of popcorn
