Challenge day 6 - behaviours

 outcome goal: I want to look/feel better

- I want to exercise 3 x a week for 30 mins at least

- I want to stick to portion control

- I want to stick to mostly green foods

- I want to meditate 3 x a week

- I want to get at least 7+ hours of sleep - 9pm bed
